Jillayne Schlicke researches, writes,
and instructs educational workshops and
keynote presentations on a wide variety of topics as
President of BPI Consulting Group,
Inc. and Co-Executive Director for
the Ethical Lending Foundation.
Jillayne received her B.S. in Business from the University of Phoenix and is a
graduate of the Land Title Institute.
Jillayne is a graduate
student at Antioch
University studying moral psychology and
corporate ethics.
Jillayne is past National Ethics Chairman
for the National Association of
Professional Mortgage Women, received the Washington State
Association of Realtors "Affiliate of
the Year Award", and is a three-time
recipient of the NAPMW/Seattle Puget
Sound "Member of the Year" award.
In 2004, Jillayne received the Seattle King County
Association of Realtors "Affiliate of the Year" award for
her work on the Cultural Diversity Committee and her passion
for exceptional education for the REALTOR community.

Dr. Boileau, Ph.D.,
J.D., LL.M., is a
published author, well-known professional ethicist, lawyer,
educator, writer, keynote presenter, and CEO of BPI
Consulting Group, Inc., an ethics consulting company.
Dr. Boileau is currently writing three books and will be
traveling to Belgium this summer to teach ethics.
